Our approach: full-disclosure formulas

Solva began with a simple frustration: so many supplements hide their real contents behind vague "proprietary blends", leaving shoppers unable to tell what they are actually buying. We wanted to do the opposite. Everything about Solva is built around full disclosure.
Everything on the label, in full
Our formula contains five well-known actives — Cinnamon Bark, White Mulberry Leaf, Juniper, Bitter Melon and Chromium — and the exact amount of each is printed on the label. There are no hidden blends and nothing left to guesswork. If it is in the bottle, it is on the label.
Five actives, chosen for familiarity
We deliberately chose ingredients people can picture — a warm spice, a traditional leaf, a garden botanical, a kitchen vegetable and a trace mineral found in everyday food. You can read about each of them in its own guide across this blog.
Honesty about expectations
Full disclosure, to us, is not only about the label — it is about being straight regarding what a supplement can and cannot do. Solva is a food supplement designed to complement a varied diet and sensible habits. It is not a medicine, not a cure, and not a substitute for the things that genuinely shape wellbeing: good food, regular movement, decent sleep and, where needed, a doctor's advice.
We would rather earn trust slowly, by being clear, than win a quick sale with an inflated promise. That is why our writing stays cautious, our label stays complete, and our company details sit on every page. If a brand is not willing to tell you exactly what is in the bottle, that in itself tells you something worth knowing.

Why we avoid proprietary blends
A proprietary blend lets a maker list several ingredients under one combined figure, so you never learn how much of each you are actually getting. We think that is the wrong way round. When you can see the amount of every active, you can judge a product on its merits — and hold us to the same standard you would hold anyone.
Ingredients you can picture
We chose our five actives partly because they are familiar. A warm baking spice, a traditional tea leaf, a garden botanical, a kitchen vegetable and a trace mineral found in everyday food — none of them is exotic or mysterious. That familiarity is part of the reassurance; you are not being asked to trust something you cannot picture.
What full disclosure means for you
- The amount of every active shown clearly on the label
- No proprietary blends masking the detail
- Other ingredients listed plainly
- Company details on every page, so you always know who you are buying from
We think this is simply how it ought to be done. It is also why we wrote a whole guide on how to read a supplement label with confidence — we would rather you shopped informed, from us or anyone else.
Honest about what a supplement is
Full disclosure extends to expectations. Solva is a food supplement, taken once daily, designed to complement a varied diet and sensible habits such as regular meals, gentle movement and good rest. It does not replace any of those, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, please speak with your doctor before adding any supplement.
Built for the long middle of the day
Solva is made for people who would rather build a steady habit than chase a quick fix. If that sounds like you, you can choose your plan — every plan is the same full-disclosure formula.
Full disclosure on every page
Transparency is not much use if it is buried, so we try to make it visible throughout. Our company details, contact routes and policies sit plainly on every page, and the amounts of all five actives are printed in full on the label rather than folded into a blend. If you ever want to know exactly what you are buying and who from, the answer should always be a glance away.
That is really the whole of our approach: tell people plainly what is in the bottle, be honest about what a food supplement is for, and let the formula speak for itself. It is a quieter way to build a brand than bold promises — but we think it is the right one, and the one that earns a trust worth keeping.
