This policy explains how to cancel an order placed with Solva (solvavitality.com) and how cancellations are handled. Solva products are sold as one-time purchases — there is no recurring subscription or automatic rebill.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Submit the cancellation form or email care@solvavitality.com with your name, order email, and order number. We confirm cancellations by email within one business day.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled in transit. After it arrives, unopened items may be returned within 30 days under our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
